Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup wins 3rd runner up in the Miss Universe 2011

General Santos and University of the Philippines pride Shamcey Supsup won 3rd runner up in the 60th edition of Miss Universe pageant. The 25-year-old beauty was the only finalist to answer in English during the final Q and A portion. She was asked by American actress Vivica Fox , “Would you change your religious beliefs to marry the person that you love? Why or why not?”

General Santos’ 24-year-old stunner Shamcey Supsup waved her right hand to the people at the Araneta Coliseum on April 10 wearing the Bb. Pilipinas Universe crown and sash upsetting more than 30 girls who came there only to applaud Supsup. Some of them were pageant repeaters, fashion models, and television talents (who are not that well-known enough).
