V is for Vangie: your virtual assistant that is surely Pinoy

In less than 12 hours, the video on YouTube that features Ate Vangie has gone viral with 108,000 views. That’s a feat for a locally made video. But who the heck  is Vangie?

Ate Vangie is the Pinoy counterpart of Siri, a personal assistant application on the iPhone 4S that lets you use your voice to send messages, set reminders, place phone calls, and more.

The video is made by Macapuno Systems that shows us the funny side of things when you mix Filipino culture and technology. Here’s the video.
