Janet Jackson dedicates a song to the Philippines

American pop star Janet Jackson dedicated the song Go Deep to the Philippines during the successful concert on Feb. 4 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Plenary Hall .
The venue with 4,000 seating capacity was jampacked amid pricey tickets ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 pesos. The tickets were sold-out even a month before the actual concert schedule.

The one-night-only concert dubbed “Number Ones: Up Close and Personal World Tour,” was a resounding success and a hit among local celebs as well. Among the celebrities that flocked to the venue were Iza Calzado, Angelica Panganiban, Karylle, Jessica Soho, and Tessa Prieto.
Some of the songs Janet Jackson sang were hits  “Doesn’t Really Matter,” “Black Cat,” “Rhythm Nation,” “All For You,” “Let’s Wait a While,” and  “Again.”

The Manila concert is the first pitsop of the singing star’s world tour, which she claims as her biggest tour to date.
